Atigra power functions

The whole seat including on the Atigra can be tilted in space due to the innovative weight shift tilt mechanisme on the Atigra.

Tilt on the Atigra is availeble in two different setting. 0 to 38 degrees or 7 to 45 degrees.

The benefits of tilt are:

3. ground clearence
4. dentist / hairdresser

The backrest on the Atigra can be fitted with a power backrest recline.

The Atigra allows for 30 degrees backrest angle adjustablility. Adding a power backrest recline actuator adds another 30 degrees power recline on top of the 30 degrees recline adjustability.

Backrest recline has a couple of bennefits.

5. dentist / hairdresser

For the atigra is a range of different leghangers available. Apart from the standard leghangers there is also a centre mounted footplate, manual elevating leghangers and power elevating leghanges available.

• Standard 70 degrees; indepently fully adjustable in height, footplate position and footplate angle
  
• Centre mounted footboard; height and angle adjustle footboard
  
• Manual elevating leghangers have the same adjustability as the standard 70 degrees leghangers, but are of course manually angle adjustable
  
• Power elevating leghangers top of the range; fully adjustable footplates, length compensating when elevating.

The newest power seat function to the Atigra options list is seat raise.

The system developed for the Atigra allows for 300mm (30 cm or 1 ft) of seat raise.

The seat raise system also has 0 to 45 degrees build in.

Speed is resticted when the seat raised. The chair can still move but only very slowly.

As displayed in the news section at the home page; the seat raise has been tested to make sure that usage is save in all directions even on a 10 degrees slope.

Seatraise has a lot of socially bennefits.

Seatraise gives wheelchair users more indepence. Examples are:

1. going up to workbench height in a school situation
2. Shopping; being able to reach those higher shelfs
3. Social interaction. Being at eye level in conversations in social settings
4. In the kitchen; being able to access those high cupbaords and look down in pots and pans.
